We are seeking an experienced *Concrete Foreman* to lead and supervise our concrete crews on a variety of commercial projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. *Key Responsibilities:** Supervise and lead concrete crews on commercial projects * Plan and schedule daily work assignments * Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications * Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety standards * Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors * Provide hands-on support as needed *Qualifications:** Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role * Strong leadership and communication skills * Knowledge of concrete finishing, forming, and placement techniques * Familiarity with government/commercial construction projects preferred * Valid driver’s license *Benefits:** Competitive pay * Health, dental, xrczosw and vision options * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for advancement in a growing company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k)* Company truck * Dental insurance * Fuel card * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
