Develop leadership capability through workflow coordination, territory planning, task delegation, and monitoring frontline sales metrics. Support team development by assisting with coaching techniques, daily briefings, and reinforcement of sales goals tied to Verizon’s full product suite. Oversee onboarding and training of new associates, ensuring compliance with Verizon standards, contract protocols, and consumer data security.
