Sales
Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with Company priorities and values.
Develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories; communicate goals, track stores performance, and achieve sales.
Productivity Management: hold the management team accountable for personal productivity and management contribution.
Develop and implement a clienteling strategy in partnership with the Store Manager to achieve business goals.
Understand changes in the market that may impact performance and support the execution of sales strategies and tactics.
Act as brand ambassador in the market/mall to drive loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives).
Resolve customer issues in a timely, solutionoriented manner and collaborate with the Store Manager and/or District Manager as needed.
Develop a team to build longterm relationships with customers to drive business.
Work directly with the Store/District Manager to protect and drive business needs.
Build trusting relationships with peers to act as an advocate for the Brand.
Welcome feedback, adapt behaviors, and create short and longterm goals to achieve personal metrics and store performance.
Recognize and value individual performance.
Operations
Evaluate the performance of all team members and provide consistent, timely feedback; Resolve performance problems using appropriate communication, coaching, and counseling techniques.
Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS and operations.
Leverage and understand Coachs tools and technology to support Service and Operations.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and work with the Store Manager on strategies to maintain top talent and build a talent bench.
Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, including selling, service expectations, payroll, HR, and loss prevention.
strategically forecast, plan, and budget in partnership with the Store Manager for payroll, staffing, scheduling, and merchandising.
Interact and communicate with Lead Supervisor and Store Manager.
Maintain interior and exterior building upkeep with support from corporate, communicating needs to ensure aesthetic and safety requirements are met.
Adhere to all retail policies and procedures including POS and operations (repeated, retained for emphasis).
Leverage and understand Coachs tools and technology to support Service and Operations (repeated).

Competencies for All People Managers

Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable; Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.).
communicate effectively with customers and team; maneuver the sales floor, shelves, and stock room; Schedule: Ability to meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, and hightraffic sales days.
