Redpath Partners are working with a General Contracting construction firm founded in the early 00's, with over 20 years of multifamily project experience. They are ranked among the ENR Top 400 contractors, delivering projects across diverse markets including industrial, retail and healthcare.
Our client is looking for business forward Vice President to complement their already strong field operations side. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations — you'll shape project strategy, mentor teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
Overseeing all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
You will also be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the client base.
Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in s enior construction leadership roles, managing multifamily developments.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and financial oversight at the executive level.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging with clients & owners.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP, CCM) preferred.
