This role will serve as a subject matter expert who develops and implements comprehensive portfolio strategies that align client real estate footprints with enterprise objectives, operational needs, and financial goals.Youll drive cutting-edge portfolio optimization initiatives, from developing strategic footprint plans to analyzing market opportunities to create portfolio frameworks that adapt to evolving business requirements. This role offers the opportunity to shape how organizations structure and manage their real estate portfolios while delivering measurable financial and operational outcomes for global enterprises.
