Qualifications Skills in counseling, evaluation, and development of individual and group therapy programs. Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and families. Proficiency in maintaining detailed clinical records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Ability to conduct assessments, crisis intervention, and develop individualized treatment plans. Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent. Previous experience in mental health counseling, addiction recovery, or behavioral health is highly desirable. Strong ethical judgment, cultural competency, and commitment to patient-centered care.
