Chicago, IL Full Time | Temp to Hire Location: Chicago, IL Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation: 75,000 per year, with temp-to-hire conversion after 90 days About the Role A long-standing food manufacturing company in Chicago is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across both production and shipping functions. This position requires strong leadership capability, the ability to manage large teams, and a focus on meeting quality, safety, and output expectations. This role offers long-term stability, professional development, and the opportunity to guide a high-performing workforce.
