Job Description.  Our firm seeks to hire an estate administration paralegal to join its trust and estate administration paralegal team. Candidate must be professional, motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to work independently. Position entails extensive contact with clients, accountants, financial advisors and other professionals, the preparation of court filings such as probate documents and annual accounts, the preparation and transmittal of the necessary documentation to transfer securities and other assets, the preparation of claims for insurance proceeds, and the preparation of federal and state fiduciary income and estate tax returns. Experience in this specialized practice is preferred but candidates with a strong will to learn and self-motivation will also be considered.   Law Firm Description.  The firm was founded in 1997 as a boutique trusts and estate planning and administration firm. All of our partners are NC State Bar Board Certified Specialists in Estate Planning and Probate Law. We view our firm as having a sophisticated practice with the atmosphere of a small firm.
