Key Responsibilities: A confident, eager engineer with the drive to develop a deep understanding of client’s customer engagement vision and strategy by engaging with key stake holders and process owners A relationship builder that knows how to present ideas and collaborate on solutions with team members, business users, and managers throughout the customer engagement organization – sales, order entry, warranty, marketing, trade compliance, and after-sales support A technical writer who can capture and articulate actionable technical requirements and can define what it will take to execute on those requirements An experienced business analyst with familiarity in pricing functions including Price Waterfall, Pricing conditions, and Quotes and the processes for maintaining them in SAP and connected systems A team leader who can lead complex, cross-business unit, cross-platform programs and projects critical to business success from start to finish including scoping, solutioning, deployment, testing, training, change management, communication, and measuring business value A seasoned contributor who has participated in the complete systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering, configuration development, testing, deploying, training and post launch support A respectful observer who can gather and document systems and process requirements through meetings, workshops, site visits, and job shadowing A thorough producer who can create and maintain documentation and process maps on customer engagement business processes and projects A critical thinker who uses continuous improvement skills such as process mapping, A3 development, and value stream mapping to drive for incremental improvements in all processes A trusted adviser who can identify gaps and provide solution recommendations to effectively bridge the gap between people, process, and technology Desired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or Business management preferred, with 5+ years related work experience. Work related experience should include experience as a senior business analyst Expertise in design and configuration of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, SAP SD Pricing, Variant Configuration and SAP S4Hana Experience with SAP SD user exits for sales order, delivery, billing etc. Experience with SAP Billing, Consumer Payments (Credit Cards, BNPL, ApplePay, etc), Vistex, Salesforce preferred Experience with SAP BTP - Business Technology Platform and Fiori Apps highly desired
