The Quality Manager supports project teams by leading quality assurance and quality control efforts on major construction and industrial projects. This role partners closely with engineering, construction, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure quality requirements are met from planning through execution.
This position is ideal for someone who wants ownership at the project level while building influence across multiple disciplines.
Lead project-specific QA/QC programs and quality plans.
Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
Coordinate inspections, testing, and third-party quality services.
Resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
Provide clear field reporting and documentation.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Approximately 5–7 years of relevant construction or quality experience.
Comfort working in both office and active project environments.
Employee ownership with stock participation
Strong bonus potential
Exposure to complex, high-profile projects
