Job Title: QA Engineer San Jose, CA: On-site Salary range: $80K to $110K DOE Job Summary: The Production and Testing Quality Assurance Engineer will establish production and test procedures for manufacturing process.

Coordinate and ensure the production site is in compliance with Corporate quality and operational standards.
Responsibilities: Develops and coordinates quality control testing procedures to be incorporated into the manufacturing process.
Gathers and studies information regarding materials and components to be used in production.
Drafts proposals for testing programs and operating procedures; outlines the specific testing conditions to be applied.
Ensures testing and analysis until results are within product requirements and specifications.
Studies data gathered during testing and evaluates the validity of the results.
Identifies any production and quality related problems with new products; makes adjustments or recommendations to resolve problems with the production team.
Documents detailed technical reports to present findings; based on findings, recommends modifications needed to correct production problems.
Coordinates with Headquarters’ Quality and Operation Management department to ensure the USA site is in compliance with ISO standards.
Performs training required for IQC, product quality, and process related information to internal personnel.
Required Skills/Abilities: •Familiar with PCBA/Box Build, production and testing processes.
•Familiar with Quality and ISO standards.
•Familiar with BOM, circuit schematics, material and component specifications.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to discuss product flaws in a constructive and positive manner.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare test reports and proposals.
Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience. xrczosw
