Full-Time Property Caretaker
Are you skilled in landscaping and home maintenance? We're looking for someone reliable, responsible, and dedicated who has strong work ethics to join our team
What You'll Do:
Maintain Grounds and Structures : Keep properties in top shape with daily upkeep.
Conduct Inspections : Regularly check properties to spot maintenance needs.
Manage Vendors : Oversee third-party vendors to ensure quality work.
Preventive Maintenance : Implement and perform routine maintenance on essential equipment.
Interact with Clients : Respond to owner requests professionally and promptly.
Be Flexible : Primarily care for one property but assist with others and special projects as needed.
Handle Physical Tasks : Be prepared for walking, bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting to 50 pounds.
Use Your Handyman Skills : Apply your strong maintenance skillset.

Qu hars:
Mantenimiento de terrenos y estructuras: Mantn las propiedades en ptimas condiciones con el mantenimiento diario.
Realizar inspecciones: Revisar las propiedades regularmente para detectar necesidades de mantenimiento.
Gestionar proveedores: Supervisar a los proveedores externos para garantizar un trabajo de calidad.
Mantenimiento preventivo: Implementar y realizar el mantenimiento rutinario de los equipos esenciales.
Interactuar con los clientes: Responder a las solicitudes de los propietarios con profesionalismo y prontitud.
Ser flexible: Cuidar principalmente una propiedad, pero ayudar con otras y proyectos especiales segn sea necesario.
Realizar tareas fsicas: Estar preparado para caminar, agacharse, arrodillarse, ponerse de pie y levantar hasta 23 kg.
