Overview of an Accounts Payable Specialist
We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist

Handle full-cycle accounts payable: coding, batching, matching, and posting invoices.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to clarify billing issues.
Assist with month-end close processes and audit preparation.
Qualifications of an Accounts Payable Specialist

~2+ years as an Accounts Payable Specialist in a high-volume environment.
~ Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
~ Experience with Concur ERP system or large ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.
