Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in battery assembly, EV/energy storage systems, aerospace electronics, or other precision electromechanical assembly environments. Proficient in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, torque specifications, and quality inspection practices. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and detailed work instructions. Hands-on experience with tools and equipment such as multimeters, high-voltage tools, crimpers, laser welders, torque tools, and leak-test or electrical test equipment. Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and test teams.
