Discretionary bonus/commission 401k with company match Vehicle + gas card Expense card Health, dental and vision insurance PTO What you will be doing You will be hunting for new business across the Tennessee market from the branch in Memphis A focus on service, maintenance and re-roofing sales projects Be instrumental in the growth of the Memphis location What you'll need 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing sales, commercial construction or related industry Driving license with ability to be insured on company vehicle Hunter mindset and ability to self-generate leads Contacts within the local market related to commercial roofing/building maintenance Comfortable and able to spend time on a roof and climb ladders Company Story Founded back in the 70's, this contractor has grown to a team of 250 people at peak roofing season and a revenue of over $75million. With 2 brick and mortar branches, they work on projects from Texas to Pennsylvania and beyond.
