This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a team of accomplished attorneys and contribute to complex, high-stakes litigation cases that shape the business landscape. Responsibilities: Manage aspects of commercial litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and participating in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial prep. Conduct thorough legal research to identify relevant laws, precedents, and regulations applicable to assigned cases. Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations, providing clear and comprehensive interpretations of complex legal concepts and potential outcomes. Develop effective litigation strategies that align with client objectives, considering potential risks and rewards. Collaborate with a team of attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting commercial litigation, applying this knowledge to client cases and firm operations. Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards, adhering to all rules of professional conduct. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law in the state, and in good standing with the state bar.
