Direct Hire-Machine Operators
Our client is seeking multiple Machine Operators for our Franklin, NH facility. Machine Operators work on the production line in a multi-press environment to ensure daily production targets are met.
The primary objective is to operate, monitor, and maintain various machines, including press machines, mold machines, and assembly line equipment, to produce high-quality products that meet company standards. The role involves monitoring and conducting quality checks in accordance with ISO standards.
Franklin, NH Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Rate: $20/hr, plus shift differentials

Operate cranes and forklifts when needed to move raw material and tooling

Manage dies and ensure all tooling is available and maintained throughout the shift
Monitor press speeds and temperatures, maintaining quality standards
High school diploma or GED preferred
~1 to 2 years of experience in a production environment
~ Mechanical aptitude
~ Willing to consider candidates new to manufacturing with a steady work history
