to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with accounting standards while supporting property management teams with timely and reliable financial analysis.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties.
Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
Review bank statements, accounts payable/receivable, and intercompany accounts.
Assist with audits and tax filings in collaboration with external partners.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to maintain accurate financial data.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Remote flexibility.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
3+ years of accounting experience; property management experience preferred.
Knowledge of GAAP and property accounting standards.
Strong Excel and analytical skills.
