Machine Operator You will begin this role as a general production worker, where you will be introduced to a variety of different machinery and work as an assistant for a 6-month period. In this role, you are expected to work as part of a team. Responsibilities: Operate and assist with various machinery. Participate actively as part of a team in production tasks. Assist with assembly and packaging duties as needed. Ensure adherence to safety standards during machine operation. Essential Skills: Experience in machine operation. Ability to read a ruler accurately. Capability to assist in various tasks as needed. Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with press machinery is a plus. Work Environment: The role requires working in a production environment with a focus on collaboration and safety. Dress code should be appropriate for a manufacturing setting. Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Westfield, MA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.31 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
