We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Oak Brook, IL. This hybrid position offers a competitive compensation package and requires a minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, keeping them informed about company products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Communicate client feedback to the product development team.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales trends.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous Staffing industry is highly preferred
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and prospecting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
