Telescope AI is seeking a Head of Compliance to ensure we remain aligned with both national and international regulations governing AI usage, financial services, and brokerage collaboration.
What You’ll Do Develop & Oversee Policies : Create, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for AI-based financial solutions, ensuring alignment with relevant regulations.
Regulatory Collaboration : Engage with regulatory bodies, brokers, and external stakeholders to keep our compliance posture up-to-date and effective.
Monitor AI Activities : Oversee the monitoring of tens of thousands of prompts across our platform to identify potential compliance risks or breaches.
Client Support : Work closely with clients to clarify compliance requirements, respond to audits, and provide guidance on regulatory obligations.
Data Protection & Privacy : Ensure robust data governance frameworks, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining strict data privacy standards.
Reporting & Documentation : Manage reporting obligations, maintain accurate records, and produce clear documentation for internal and external audits.
Who You Are Proven Compliance Leader : Solid track record in a senior compliance role within finance, fintech, or AI-driven organizations.
Regulatory Expert : Deep knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ASIC, FINRA, GDPR) with the ability to interpret and apply rules to emerging AI technologies.
Strategic Thinker : Able to balance risk and innovation, shaping a compliance roadmap that supports business growth without compromising integrity.
Collaborative Communicator : Comfortable liaising with internal teams and external agencies, translating regulatory language into actionable insights.
Detail-Oriented : Skilled in spotting nuanced compliance risks in large-scale AI interactions.
