Join a growing manufacturing team as an Assembler and put your hands-on skills to work fabricating high-quality components. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, safety-focused, and committed to producing quality products.This is a 1st Shift role with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of the Assembler will include:

Build product per work order using plastic fabrication techniques (welding, routing, cutting, bending/shaping)
Follow documented quality procedures and maintain high quality standards for all parts manufactured
Assist in maintaining equipment and sanitation following 5S principles
Support cycle counting of inventory and tight inventory control
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications for the role of 1st Shift Assembler:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Certification in plastic or metal welding/fabrication preferred
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong customer focus and goal orientation
