Stonepath Resources is hiring an experienced Senior Recruiter to run a full desk and play a meaningful role in our continued growth.
This is a high-autonomy role built for recruiters who want real ownership over their business, direct access to leadership, and uncapped upside tied directly to performance. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from business development and client intake through candidate placement and account growth.
This role offers a market-leading, tiered commission structure designed to reward performance and scale meaningfully as production increases.

Proven business development frameworks to help you acquire and expand client relationships
• LinkedIn Recruiter seat with ample InMail access
• Ongoing mentorship from Recruiting Manager and senior leadership
• Performance-first culture with strong work-life balance
2+ years of experience in agency or professional services recruiting
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through placement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools preferred
