The Role As the Managing Director and Executive Coach, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational management. This highimpact role requires enhancing operational efficiency, guiding growth, and maintaining the companys market leadership. Driving operational improvements to enhance client outcomes and coaching program efficiency. Leading and inspiring teams to adapt to emerging trends and meet evolving client needs. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and partners. Innovating and integrating AIbased solutions into the coaching programs to stay ahead of the curve. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Driving growth and aligning with the companys global objectives. Coaching Excellence : Delivery of toptier executive coaching programs while fostering a resultsdriven coaching culture. Stakeholder Management : Serving as a key representative for the organization, cultivating strong relationships with corporate clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders. Team Development : Motivating and mentoring senior teams, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and vision. Innovation : Identifying emerging needs in the executive coaching space and contributing to the development of new programs and AIdriven tools that support client success. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of senior management experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and excellence within coaching, consulting, or executive leadership environments. Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to inspire and lead coaching teams are essential. A handson approach and a peoplecentric leadership style, with a focus on fostering innovation and engagement, are key to success in this role.
