*Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. *is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons. We are seeking *3-5* *Associate* *Attorneys* with a minimum of 1 year in Lemon Law. Make sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements. *Key Responsibilities:** Represent clients in lemon law claims, including negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court. * Advise clients on their legal rights and options in connection with defective vehicles. * Draft legal documents, such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests, related to lemon law cases. * Investigate and gather evidence, including vehicle repair records, expert reports, and other documentation to build strong cases. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lemon law and consumer protection regulations. * Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to manage case progress and resolve disputes. * Provide legal strategy and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, from initial consultation to final resolution. * Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management. *Other:** Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. * Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Strong time management skills, including prioritization of cases and adhering to deadlines, internal or those imposed by the Court. * Strong organizational, time management, and skills in handling the caseloads required of the position. * Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with other lawyers and paralegals. * Proficient in MS Office and FileVine. *Benefits:** Medical Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (2-4 weeks)* 15 Paid Holidays * 401(k) with Company Match * Life Insurance * Short-Term Disability Insurance * Long-Term Disability Insurance * Emergency Insurance * Hospital Indemnity Insurance * Pet Insurance * Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days work from home)* Free Parking * Opportunities for Growth and Advancement Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year + MONTHLY BONUS _Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
