This firm delivers high-quality commercial projects ranging from $250K tenant improvements to $3–4M ground-up and design-build work. They are expanding their team and looking for a hands-on superintendent who can confidently run mid-sized commercial projects from start to finish. What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds, renovations, and design-build assignments. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure quality, schedule, and safety goals are met. Conduct site inspections, coordinate daily activities, maintain detailed daily logs, and proactively resolve field issues. Work closely with project management on scheduling, planning, and execution. Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations. Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, and site reports. Build strong relationships with field teams, inspectors, owners, and stakeholders. What You Bring 7–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Proven ability to manage commercial projects in the $250K–$4M range. Strong understanding of construction means and methods for commercial buildings, interior fit-outs, and ground-up construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schedules, and specifications. Tech-savvy with field reporting tools or willing to learn the company’s systems. Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality control.
