We’re looking for a full-time attorney in our Indianapolis office that meets the following criteria:
Responsibilities Advise clients on intellectual property-related matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets
Draft and negotiate IP-related agreements, including licensing, assignment, and non-disclosure agreements
Conduct IP due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
Manage and maintain clients\' IP portfolios
Stay up-to-date with changes in IP law and industry trends and conduct legal research to support clients\' IP needs
Exercise independent judgment and discretion with strong attention to detail
Possess high moral character, a hard-working mindset, and practical knowledge
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal teams and clients
Qualifications 3+ years of experience practicing intellectual property law; patent attorney preferred
Maintain client relationships that produce at least $150k of work per year
