Job Title: Physical Therapist Duties: Provide a full-range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the positions qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. Accountable for and contributes to the programs development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion. Completes appropriate sections of the resident assessment instrument (RAI) and provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions. Responsible for evaluating patient response to treatment and providing feedback to the rest of the team while documenting the course of patient care including progress made and continuing need for treatment. Requirements: Requires a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in Physical Therapy. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Physical Therapy followed by 5 years of progressive experience as a physical therapist. Must possess or be eligible for a State of Washington physical therapy license.
