Company contribution up to 3% once eligible.Free onsite parking at all of our communities and corporate officesPotential for annual year end bonus.Compensation: Ranging from $17.00 per hour up to $22.00 per hour; based upon years of experience. Potential for $1.00 per hour shift differential for evening and night shifts.Help people live better lives by: Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needsAssisting residents in activities of daily livingImplementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belongingProviding assistance with resident activities and resident programsWorking with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matterWhat you will need:Current GNA certification for the state in which you are working1-2 years of GNA experience preferredOur GNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.
