We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial HVAC/R Manager to lead our Commercial Services, Refrigeration, and Installation division. The Commercial HVAC Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of HVAC operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Pay Range: $70,000 - 80,000/yr + $650/monthly car allowance and quarterly bonus potential

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of commercial HVAC and Refrigeration technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and exceptional customer service.
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Commercial HVAC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Customer Satisfaction:

Act as a client interface, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with commercial HVAC services.
Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of workmanship and service excellence.
# Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices in commercial HVAC systems to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex commercial HVAC issues and develop innovative solutions.
# Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage budgets for Commercial HVAC projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and profitability.
Monitor financial performance against established budgets and implement corrective actions as needed.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Commercial HVAC management.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, Refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, achieve targeted goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC management.
