We're looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to help maintain our reputation for excellence. *What You'll Do:** Perform diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, gasoline engines, transmissions, and related systems when needed * Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards * Maintain accurate service records and assist with parts inventory management * Communicate effectively with customers, management, and technicians regarding repair status and timelines * Monitor shop performance metrics and implement improvements * Assist in growing our Fleet services to outside companies *What We're Looking For:** 3+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience (heavy-duty truck, bus, or equipment preferred)* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with modern diesel engines and electronic systems * Excellent organizational and time management abilities * Ability to foster a positive, productive team environment * Familiarity with shop management software a plus * Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)*What We Offer:** Competitive pay based on experience * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Ongoing training and career development opportunities * Stable, supportive work environment with room to grow *Join Our Team* If you're a skilled diesel mechanic and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
