We are a plaintiff personal injury law firm specializing in substantial/catastrophic injuries*_ based in Los Angeles and we are seeking a *Pre-litigation Attorney* to join our team. The role will have the opportunity to handle quality *pre-litigation personal injury matters *and lead the fight for our clients.
The *pre-litigation attorney* will be dealing with cases pre-suit/ pre-litigation and pre-arbitration to ensure proper prosecution and maximizing the value of each case. *The position can be very lucrative as the pre-litigation attorney will get a percentage of fees obtained pre-suit plus base.*
*Extensive client contact / advising clients of the status of their claims.
* Analyzing and summarizing medical records and bills.
* Negotiating and settling pre-suit personal injury cases.
* Preparing Government Entity Claims, tracking Deadlines and Statutes of Limitations for same.
* Preparing civil complaints and demands for arbitration
*California Licensed Attorney in Good Standing
* 2+ years of Attorney experience. Prior Personal Injury Experience is a huge plus.
* Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus
* Full-time In-Office Position
