Exposure to Agile methodology and Service Now. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday tools including Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)2. Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP)3. Maintain and troubleshoot existing integrations to ensure data accuracy, performance, and uptime.4. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.5. Ensure integrations align with data security and privacy standards 6. Monitor integration performance and set up alerts or error-handling processes.7. Support system upgrades, testing, and change management as related to integrations.8. Maintain detailed documentation for each integration (technical specs, data mappings, process flows).9. Participate in Workday releases by analyzing new features and determining impacts to current integrations.10. Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner.11. Work with third-party vendors and consultants as needed to support integration efforts.
