A dedicated Special Education Teacher is needed to support K-12 students with mild to moderate disabilities in a full-time, in-person role located in Dearborn, MI. This contract position extends through June 12, 2026, providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Responsibilities: Collaborate with students, families, and staff to create and execute effective IEPs. Deliver individualized instruction and interventions aligned with students learning goals. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings to ensure continuous support. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and engagement. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Michigan Special Education Certification with the appropriate endorsement. Experience working with students who have mild to moderate special education needs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
