About the Role As a Field Marketer / Canvasser, you’ll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building strong community relationships. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, talking to people, and making a direct impact on company growth. What You’ll Do - Canvass neighborhoods near active or storm-damaged project areas to connect with homeowners - Educate homeowners on the value of our products and services during one-on-one interactions - Tarp roofs and collect siding/shingle samples when necessary, ensuring proper documentation - Assist with inspections, adjuster meetings, and repair attempts (training provided) - Document progress with photos and upload details into the company CRM system - Participate in home shows, trade shows, and community events to promote our services - Distribute marketing materials and follow up on all homeowner interactions - Provide valuable feedback to management to improve outreach strategies What We’re Looking For - High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) - 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (retail experience a plus) - Strong communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset - Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work independently - Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic math skills - Valid driver’s license with clean driving record - Physically able to walk neighborhoods, climb ladders, lift up to 80 lbs., and work both indoors and outdoors - If you meet the above qualifications and would like to apply for this position, please click APPLY NOW and upload your most current resume or you may email your resume to our recruiter, Christine Hannon at christine.hannon@adeccona.com Please include CANVASSER on the subject line of any e-mail correspondence.
