We are seeking a Commercial HVAC Estimator \ Project Manager that will be responsible for accurately evaluating project requirements and preparing comprehensive estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC systems. This role works closely with sales, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure bids are competitive, complete, and aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications for HVAC systems on commercial projects Perform material and labor take-offs for ductwork, piping, and equipment Analyze project scope, schedule, and site conditions to identify cost impacts Solicit pricing from vendors and subcontractors Prepare detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for new construction and retrofit projects Participate in pre-bid meetings and job walks as needed Act as the Project Manager on awarded projects Maintain current knowledge of industry costs, trends, and materials Qualifications: 3+ years of experience estimating and or running commercial HVAC projects Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and materials Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., BlueBeam, QuoteSoft, or similar) Ability to read and interpret architectural and mechanical drawings Strong math and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field experience.
