With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, the candidate will be well-versed in all aspects of the litigation process and will be ready to hit the ground running in our fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be expected to:
Conduct legal research and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Draft and file legal documents, including motions, briefs, and affidavits.
The successful candidate for the Litigation Paralegal position will have:
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury litigation or related practice area
Proficiency in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
