Job Title: Java Full Stack Engineer Location: Plano, TX (Onsite) Duration: 09 months contract Pay Range: $(50.00 – 55.00)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS , and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using modern engineering standards, cloud-native principles, and best practices. This role requires hands-on expertise across both backend and frontend technologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performing Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Build, enhance, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services. Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular (if applicable). Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture. Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support. Implement best practices for code quality, security, performance , and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack. Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high-quality releases. Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of features. Required Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java (8/11/17) and object-oriented design principles. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud , and Microservices architecture. Solid experience building and consuming REST APIs . Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFormation/Terraform is a plus). Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React (optional depending on your need). Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines , containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ). Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
