You?ll collaborate closely with our physicians and care team in a supportive, outcomes-focused environment. Why you?ll love this role Collaborative model: Providers review cases daily and meet weekly to refine plans ? you?re never on an island. Advanced options on site: Exposure to neuromodulation (SCS), intrathecal pumps, RFA, image-guided injections, and biologic therapies including the Discseel Procedure for appropriate patients (training provided). What you?ll do Evaluate adult outpatients with spine and musculoskeletal pain; focused exams; order/interpret diagnostics. Build and update care plans; set expectations and next steps with patients. Perform/assist with office-based procedures (trigger point, peripheral msk and joint image-guided injections (ultrasound) and support neuromodulation/pump care under physician mentorship. Use EMR for thorough, timely documentation; coordinate follow-ups, including telemedicine when appropriate. Qualifications California PA license and NCCPA certification (PA-C). Pain/ortho/spine/PM&R/neurology experience is a plus; motivated early-career PAs welcome (structured onboarding and proctoring). Comfort with procedures (or enthusiasm to learn), clear patient education, and teamwork.
