Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Supervisor based in Honolulu, HI at the NAVY EXCHANGE IN PEARL HARBOR. The Jewelry Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, manage retail staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain compliance with company policies. The role involves leading the team to achieve sales goals, providing product expertise, and fostering a professional and engaging retail environment. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance management Experience in Retail Operations and familiarity with store management processes Comprehensive Product Knowledge, with a focus on jewelry and luxury goods Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Exceptional Customer Service abilities to deliver a high-end shopping experience Prior experience in the jewelry or luxury retail industry is a plus Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
