About the Company - Bookkeeper CFS New York is working with a global construction and development company looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team They have great benefits, generous PTO, automatic employer 5% contribution to 401K, and an Employee Stock Ownership program They are currently working with over 16 Billion in revenue Looking for someone to bring a business mindset to the organization and work out of their office in Queens, NY Role Responsibilities - Bookkeeper Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts to ensure accurate cash reporting. Match and verify transactions between general ledger and bank statements. Identify and resolve discrepancies, including outstanding checks, deposits in transit, and bank errors. Record journal entries to correct variances and maintain accurate financial records. xrczosw Monitor daily cash activity and ensure all receipts, transfers, and disbursements are properly recorded. Preferred Qualifications - Bookkeeper Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS 5+ years of Accounting Experience Construction background is a plus Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
