Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Architect to lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in .NET technologies, architecture design, and team leadership to drive technical excellence across projects. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $120k - $125k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies. Define and establish technical standards, best practices, and architecture frameworks. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Guide development teams through design, implementation, and deployment processes. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and quality. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks. Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of applications. Provide technical mentorship and leadership to team members. Document architecture, design decisions, and technical specifications. Identify and resolve complex technical issues. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on C# and .NET. Strong hands-on experience in OOP concepts using C#. Proficiency in the latest versions of .NET (e.g., .NET Core, .NET 5/6) and Angular. Previous experience in the commercial lending-servicing domain or banking/financial services industry is highly preferred. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.
