They are looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO) to join the Executive Leadership Team and lead the next evolution of talent, culture, and organizational excellence as the firm expands toward becoming a billiondollar, peoplefirst, performancedriven enterprise. Responsibilities Partner with the CEO and ELT to build and execute a longterm people strategy that supports scalable growth while maintaining cultural integrity. Lead leadership development, succession planning, and organizational design across a multientity, complex organizational structure. Foster and sustain a hightrust, highaccountability culture grounded in core values and aligned with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles. Create systems for recruitment, goal setting, and performance management to ensure the organization consistently places the right people in the right seats. Oversee marketdriven, performancelinked compensation and total rewards frameworks to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and alignment across all business units. Maintain bestinclass policies, compliance, and HR governance across federal, state, and entityspecific regulations. Modernize HR operations, technology, and analytics to deliver actionable insights for leadership and enterprise decisionmaking. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Board on all matters related to people, culture, and organizational health. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Masters preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years in a senior or enterpriselevel position. Proven success leading people strategy in a growing, performancefocused organization. Deep expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development. Strong ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse teams and entities. Experience with EOS or similar operating systems strongly preferred. Background in HR tech implementation, data analytics, and automation. Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and executive presence.
