As a Part Time Golf Cart Attendant at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will collaborate with Supervisors and Management to ensure every member and guest enjoys an unforgettable experience when visiting our courses. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa & Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and terrain park, and 9 unique food and beverage outlets. Handle daily golf preparation, cart maintenance, and record keeping. Oversee bag room and assist with guest equipment transfers. Transport, clean, and charge golf carts. Set up and maintain practice range stations; pick and clean balls. Monitor pace of play and assist guests with GPS, course markings, and amenities. Ensure course supplies, restrooms, and stations are stocked and clean. Support golf operations, including valet parking, outing setup, and guest services. Assist course staff and perform additional duties as assigned.What do you bring to the role? Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy. Excellent organizational, communication, and record-keeping abilities. Team player, capable of working independently and with others. Proficient in English (reading, writing, and communication). High guest/client interaction required. Able to lift up to 25 pounds and safely operate a golf cart. Comfortable standing for long periods. Golf knowledge and service experience required. Valid driver's license and flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.What's in it for you?
