Limited Term Maintenance Technician (Floater Madison Area)
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician (LTE Floater) to support multiple properties across the Madison area. This limited-term role offers a flexible schedule of 2540 hours per week based on your availability. As a floater, you will assist with day-to-day maintenance operations at several Section 42 senior and multi-family housing communities in the Madison market. Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and occasional renovations. Youll play a key role in ensuring our properties remain in excellent condition and that residents receive prompt, high-quality service.

Bonus: While this is a limited-term role, if you're the right fit and interested in growing with us, it could lead to other open opportunitiesincluding potential full-time positions when they become availablewithin Horizon Management Group.
Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
Complete preventative maintenance tasks
Assist with unit turnovers and renovations
Proven experience in building or property maintenance
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexible schedule : Short-term commitment : Great for those seeking temporary or transitional work - could turn into long-term
Possibility of transitioning into a full-time role
