We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team with a focus on Workers Compensation. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. *Duties** Conduct thorough legal research * Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. * Maintain accurate records of all case-related documents and communications. * Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management. * Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' interests. *Experience** Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. * Admission to the bar in SC. * Proven experience in legal research and writing. * Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is preferred. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
