Chief Executive Officer - Coatings/Mortar Mackenzie Stuart is in close partnership with a European Coatings manufacturer, actively seeking a dynamic CEO to lead operations in the US. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in operations/production as well as knowledge leading profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities. The company is gearing up for an acquisition, and the candidate will take charge of steering the post-merger integration process. Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's vision and strategic plan to drive growth and profitability. Managing a $15M P&L. Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging strong operational experience to optimize processes and production. Oversee the sales and marketing teams to expand market presence, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Lead the seamless integration of the acquired organization, aligning operations, cultures, and systems to maximize synergies and achieve strategic objectives while minimizing disruption. Build and nurture a highperforming leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, and investors, to align interests and achieve business objectives. Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure financial health and sustainability. Qualifications 5+ years experience in the coatings or mortar industry. Operations/Production leadership experience is preferred over a primarily commercially driven profile, whilst this is still important. Postmerger integration experience is highly desirable. Ability to work out of Baltimore, Maryland. Bachelor's/Master's degree is a plus.
