You'll shape the roadmap, manage delivery across multiple agile teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives that enhance agility, cost efficiency, and long-term maintainability. What You'll Tackle • Define and prioritize transformation backlogs aligned to enterprise objectives. • Lead roadmap execution for application modernization and simplification. • Coordinate delivery across engineering, architecture, and operations teams. • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and PI sessions under SAFe. • Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-program integration points. • Provide transparent updates to senior business and technology leaders. • Champion best practices for agile delivery and documentation. • Support cultural and process shifts toward modern application management. What You Bring • 7–10 years in product ownership or delivery leadership within technology organizations. • Proven success leading transformation or modernization programs. • Strong grasp of Agile and SAFe frameworks, Jira, and Confluence. • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication. • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability. • Skilled in risk, dependency, and release coordination. • Track record of delivering measurable impact in complex environments. • Financial services or regulated industry experience. • Cloud or application migration exposure. • Product cost optimization or portfolio rationalization background.
