StaffBright is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support and optimize end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. This role blends analytical work with hands-on coordination across transportation, inventory, and process improvement initiatives. What You Will Be Doing Optimize and maintain supply chain and logistics processes while supporting the development of new workflows and procedures. Analyze inventory, transportation, and operational costs to drive efficiency improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Negotiate and benchmark carrier rates and terms, while reviewing freight documentation and invoices for accuracy and compliance. Serve as a key liaison between suppliers, customers, carriers, and brokers, supporting regional teams and new branch setups. What We Need From You 1–2+ years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or analytical role. Experience within the automotive industry. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of ERP systems.
