Were growing quickly and are looking for a Senior Network Engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, high-availability environment where uptime, security, and reliability are non-negotiable. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Only candidates currently living in the South Florida area (commutable distance) will be considered. What Youll Do Design, implement, and manage secure, scalable network infrastructure supporting global payments and transaction systems. Maintain routers, firewalls, VPNs, and switches, ensuring uptime and redundancy across data centers and cloud environments. Proactively monitor network performance and resolve latency, capacity, and connectivity issues. Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Systems teams to harden networks against evolving threats. Evaluate and deploy new networking technologies to enhance speed, scalability, and resilience. Create and maintain documentation for network topology, configurations, and recovery procedures. What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or equivalent). Deep understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, VLAN, and network segmentation . Proficiency with Cisco FTD and related network security technologies. Experience with firewall configuration, IPS/IDS, and network security best practices . Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure. Fintech or payments industry experience is a plus. CCNP/CCIE or equivalent certifications preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
